I have caused great problems with complicated ID's and passwords which has caused much difficulty in getting to the correct file. Leah was very helpful when she finally located the correct file for 2011 and downloaded it for me this year.

Overall Turbo Tax is a great program. The back button feature eliminates all entered information in a page. Future versions could address this shortcoming. the back button at the filing page should come with a warning that your return will not be filed if you hit it.
