difficult retrieval

I was attempting to finish my federal tax return when I was advised to download updates, so I clicked that option and was taken out of the screen where i was trying to finish. I thought I lost all my info. I put in. I had to get out of the site,hit the icon to finish where i left off and thankfully the info. was still there. I didn't have a password or an I.D. so I wasn't able to get in that way initially. I never had a problem like that before.

This version of turbo tax is great if you don't have a very complicated return. The step-by-step process is easy to follow and not intimidating.
