Screwed up

Easy to follow directions but beware. I filled out the whole thing and printed out my tax forms and it tells me I am getting $1400.00 back. I am feeling good about that you know. I try to send the e-file and it wont take it. It keeps giving me an error in sending message. All of a sudden the little tab at the top changes to owing $750. I think whats this B.S.I callTurbo tax and they tell me that it must not have finished calculating even though it had instructed me to do so. I just don, know what to think

Basic Did the Job

Still the best user interface of the major tax programs. A great value for what it delivers. Cannot imagine doing this without a tax program. I used to use Deluxe but found that Basic was sufficient. Online help is better than ever -more understandable. And I am REALLY pleased to see that e-filing is free now.

Getting less user friendly

The software this year did not recognize neither ask for last years information. I had to force it by opening last years return.
