Great until requires N/A forms

3 irrelevant forms kept us from electronically sending our taxes: one for an S-corp we don't have, another for a vehicle we don't have, and a third for investment losses we didn't incur. I chatted for over an hour with one of your people, but neither she nor her team could fix the problem and they said I'd have to call the IRS. Isn't there a way we could let TTax know these 3 forms were irrelevant to us?

Good software

This is an overall great software package for doing taxes and e-filing of your Federal tax return.
You will get tired of the frequent requests embedded in the software to buy other services and upgrades to the software - starting with the first screen that you see. They could improve the software greatly by only making each offer just once (instead of every time you get to a certain point in the software). But, this is just an annoyance - and not a flaw in the good capabilities to complete your taxes.

Good Stuff

As always the product does a very good job. the only downside is the online product is free , but to download it is not. This is for the same software. I do not like storing my personal data online due to the number of issues.

Hopeful improvement

Not a big deal, but the program has the info that I am a TN resident for the full year - and - that TN has no state income tax. More than once I was asked about using TurboTax to file my state return. It should be easy to check that info and skip the state questions.
