Most difficult time with turbo tax

Perhaps it was an error on my part in overestimating that regardless of ones tax situation, that it will always be easy using Turbo Tax. I moved from one state to the next and had two simple W2's and there were things that were not clear to me and am on tight schedules, so sitting on the phone or not being able to reach a tax professional promptly, almost made me go to a physical human and pay them the extra money for the less hassel. So in the end I had hopes that it should be fine but could not review my taxes prior to efiling them because it was all incryption. For 24 hours. So I filed blind folded and last but not least, they could not be printed.We are almost certain that it wasn't our computer that had the issue. We did several test prior to my decision to accept. Really don't know what the issue is or was, however it was the only bad experience I had with Turbo. Prior to this I encouraged people no matter the difficulty of their personal properties ect. I always said you can't mess up on there. And you can file for what you need. Turbo Tax offers all levels of their product to the needs of the comsumer. Just an FYI . So all times it was, as for me the way I stated. With the exception of this time filing. I'll still try next year because these issues were so electronically out of the normal that with technology- you never know.

Been using Turbo Tax for as long as I have been doing Taxes. My father, who gets paid to do taxes, only recommends Turbo Tax.

Quality Product

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and it has reduced my workload considerably. You have a high quality product at a good price. If I had to have a professional tax preparer it would have cost me a lot more. By using TurboTax I have a better apprecaition as to how complex and cumbersome out tax system is? Oh! your record keeping has helped me in proving to the Tax people that I did prepare and include data that they said i did not. Many thanks and rest assured you will always have me as a customer...Cheers!!
