State Tax printing difficult

The Federal taxes were easy to follow. I ordered the additional state taxes for $42.00 thinking Turbo Tax would copy over. I was not able to complete the form the day I ordered it, if that had anything to do with the extra work. There were numbers missing which I had typed on the federal tax. Also, the return form would not print in it's entirity. I loaded the new adobe and rebooted many times. Finally it printed after 2 hours of playing with it.

I appreciate the transfer of previous year's data onto the current year's form. The program covers all of the non-business income.

my 2011 taxes

Well, I have to be honest...this year it was a terrible experience. I started to do the taxes on line and had to leave..i guess i missed the prompt to save what i had done or the program just did not save the info when i left. Eventually i returned to complete the taxes and i was unable to retrieve any information i had provided, it took me too long to try to figure it out so i called the help line.....the person helping me actually did not help at all, so i told him to cancel the request and the purchase online for the program. I went to the electronic store and purchased the Basic Turbo tax program and eventually completed my taxes. Now i saw on my online bank that i was charged anyway for the delux program, I called the Intuit billing and he said he would credit my card account. Why is there so much disparity between the programs? I was able to do my taxes last 2 years without a hitch, this year it was a nightmare!!! I will think twice next time i do my taxes, i do not believe i will be using he Intuit Turbo tax as the problems i had and the apparent not too user friendly Basic program i eventually used is not lke it was before. I real believe your program has gotten worse instead of better. I guess i am frustrated i had so much problems with it this year!! Also why in the heck ya need a nick name and picture..are you kidding me?????? All the nicknames are taken!!!! You folks could have done a better job in the design of this review system..I had to spend 5 minutes trying to find a nick name this system could take!!!

After reviewing the PDF of my return. Deciding that I want to make a change, I should be able to Right Click the Item while in TurboTax that I want changed and select the option to go to the place in the step-by-step method to change that item.
It is very difficult to delete or change an item using TurboTax.
