Difficult this year

Had trouble loading on my own Vista PC due to needing an upgrade on my NET version. So had to use my husband's Windows 7 Laptop. Then had to keep checking your site for upgrades several times. A lot different than 2010 return, which was a breeze. Sorry, don't know that I will use this again.
