Never again!

The federal was free to E-file, so, assumed after paying for the State program that I was finished paying until it came time to E-file the state return to find out that I owed another $20! By the time I was done with this Turbo deal, I have paid $97.00!!! I could have gotten it done for me for less than that and saved the gas and aggravation!!! And then they try to sell you some Audit Protection deal for another $39. SERIOUSLY???

1) Found it very difficult to get formatting correct for foreign accounts. Tried at least four times
2) Turbo Tax forgot previous responses when editing the sale of joint owned mutual funds.
3) Turbo Tax kept on insisting that the fund must supply cost basis for joint owned mutual funds. Neither fund provided that information.

I've used TurboTax for years and simply could not do my own taxes without it! But I've noticed that 'help' is now extremely limited -- only offers a quick explanation of what is required, then if you need more you have to join a chat room. I prefer being able to browse more help and jump to the IRS publication.
