In prior years I have had no problem with the program. I was able to imput my info, find my errors, correct errors, and print to file my return. The vast changes you have made this year have caused me much difficulty. I had to call a friend, who is a CPA, and she even had problems with your program. The program put double entries for my stock and we had a very difficult time finding a place to remove them. I probably will not be using your program in the future.

If I ever have to endure another install like the one for TurboTax 2011 I will never use your software again. It took the better part of an hour to install.
Going step by step works well, but as you enter each topic, it would be nice if you could immediately tell the GPS that nothing is going to be entered in this section.
Printing the copy to file did not work correctly, but it might be the way my computer is set up but the only way I could print my return is to turn it into a PDF and print from Adobe Acrobat.

I thought the pages for some items were confusing. I didn't have enough guidance like last year. I think I missed some of the continuation pages on my first try as the continuation wasn't always on the bottom of my screen.
