Fine until this year

I was not encouraged to review the info about my dependents. I accepted the statement that only one of them qualified me for EIC. Fortunately I looked at my printed forms before filing -- they had incorrect info about younger son which led me to look into EIC again and I realized both boys should qualify since both are disabled, and after a lot of hunting, I figured out how to tell you guys that older son was now officially disabled. So my EIC got me another $1000 tax refund I would not have gotten otherwise.

Easier each year

I've used TurboTax for a few years now, and it seems to be getting easier each year. Not only because it imports information from the previous tax year, but also the wording of the questions and details about each required data entry is becoming clearer and easier to understand.

I've use H&R (Tax Cut) since 1994, but thought that I'd try Turbo Tax, since they sent me a free copy. I will be paying for a copy next year. thnx!

What's not to like? Tricky issues may need a double check, but clear, helpful, and super easy to use. Absolutely reccomended!
