It seems that Turbotax gets less user friendly every year. The navigation to different places is horrible. Many navigations require going through multiple screens and questions to get to the right section. This is just plain cheap on your part. How about spending the money on programming a detailed navigation ability like Turbotax used to have. I probably will not use Turbotax again due to this terrible flaw in your programming.

Two issues were particularly annoying right at the end - we were ready to E-file but could not because (1) living outside the USA, we do not have a telephone number in US format; and (2) my spouse is not a US citizen and does not have a US Social Security number. Just because we couldn't fill out these two boxes TurboTax denied us the facility of e-filing the return.

Did not like cover page being displayed each time you entered. IF you want to complete it, you would on the first notice. If you said "no", then turbotax should not continuously request completion for marketing purposes. Irritating.
Not that this would prevent me from buying TurboTax next year, but you asked!

Wish it offered standard deduction before needlessly taking you through all the itemized deduction options.
