trouble

AGI should be more clear to people,work on the efike when you want to send it.should have a phone number to reach an IRS person to help with problums, the cost for state is out rages stupit you think people has money to just give away i dont think so. i had trouble since 2010 still had trouble with 2011 i dont know if im going to do this again with your product i read to may complaint with turbotax. i think you should FIX alot of the problums & maybe people wouldnt complain & have so much problums.

Easy to use and thorough

I have had my taxes done by a CPA for quite a few years. I was surprised to see a return printed out that looked completely similar to the CPA's return. Following through on last year's recommendations, this year I was happy to see that I was getting a nice refund. E-filing could not have been more simple, and notifications were prompt. I am impressed and will certainly have no hesitation in doing my own taxes in the future.
