I find Turbotax to be very easy to use and able to answer any questions I have.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years but since I use Basic, I really feel it has become very basic this year and I don't like it nearly as well. It was harder to navigate and did not do estimated tax for 2012 this year. I will look around next year and see if there is something better for me.

This "Con" took a lot of time until I found in the Q & A that this was an ongoing problem. I felt my Cap. Gains entries were being misclassified as was another area which I can't now remember.
I think that the depreciation assets that have been fully depreciated should be dropped or placed in another area. When you look at the list, it's a pain to sort thru the ones still active and the ones that are not.
