Excellent Program

This is my fifth year to use Turbotax and things get better each year. The hassle is getting all the paperwork together. Once I sit down to the keyboard things go quickly. I really like the way Turbotax checks me for mistakes and omissions. I almost look forward to next tax season.

you charged me 41.00 dollars for the state. All I needed to do was a 1040ez. You asked hundreds of questions and after 41 dollars you would even offer efileing? You ripped me off bigtime and will never use you again. the only reason i bought the software was to efile. and get it done quickly. I hope others read this and take warning, I know my friends will hear about it.

K-1 Data Entry

I have a number of K-1's (MLP's) that I need to account for in filing taxes. While your worksheet if fairly good, working with K-1's (form 1065 I think) is still a night mare for me. You need to get some of your people to really get into the bowels of the form - each and every code in each and every box - to make it easier for the user.

I LOVE TURBO TAX

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THE FLOW OF TAX DOCUMENTS TO FORMS. AS YOU HAVE THE PRIOR YEARS INFO, A QUICK "THINGS THAT MIGHT HAVE CHANGED FOR YOU" FROM LAST YEAR TO THE NEXT YEAR WOULD BE A GREAT PLUS. LIKE DEPENDANTS AGING OUT OF CHILD CARE DEDUCTIONS OR HOME ENERGY CREDITS NO LONGER ALLOWABLE.
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TURBO TAX TO STOP ASKING ME TO FILE A STATE RETURN WHEN YOU KNOW I ONLY HAVE FLORIDA INCOME AND THERE ARE NO FLORIDA INCOME TAXES TO BE FILED.
