Wouldn't let me eFile

I was able to provide the accurate pin number obtained on government web site. Also provided AGI from 2010 return when it didn't work with the pin number. Each time it came back to the screen asking for that info again. Wonder if the problem was because my spouse passed away in 2011 and I was filing married joint return for the last time?

good federal but state returen are too expensive!

We have income from 4 states, which would cost us $240 to file the state tax, so we'd rather file those state tax returns manually. But the federal tax return is really easy to fill.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it gets better each year. The Basic package fit my bill as I don't have anything complex.

I have used TurboTax for many years now and have been pleased but this year's program was just one problem after another. It was inaccurate, I had to reinstall it because some of the forms were missing. I had problems updating it. I'm not sure I'm going to buy this next year.

I love the way the program takes you through every step in sequence, making sure you forget nothing, then does all the tiresome calculating for you.
After 10 years of using TurboTax for my returns, I could skip a few of the (seemingly repetitive) prompts.
