Have used T-Tax for years, with great satisfaction, but I found this year's program to be cumbersome, frustrating and difficult to use. The prior years' programs were much more user friendly.
And I now note that your terms / conditions are rather intimidating. Are you really interested in constructive input?

too much to give

very upset. lots of problems. 1.downloaded all info and then at the end am asked to fill in items from my 1099's. that may have screwed things up. 2. asked for pin; told by your reps that i had to get it from irs, but could not get through on columbus day; when i finally got to their automated message center, their greeting said that i could use last years pin which turbo showed in a light blue field. if t rue, why did both reps tell me that i had to get a new one every year. 3. if i needed a new pin, why doesn't turbo show it in bold writing at the beginning of the form instead of letting me find out as i am ready to file.4. given the 4 choices of how to pay, one item says 'by credit card'; how could i be sure that it applied also to debit card. minor point, but one wants to be sure so i had to call. it should have said 'credit or debit card'. 5. more, but can't explain it all clearly here. 6. very good- get a rep after a very short wait and they are all very courteous, pleasant and patient.

My experience

Today I was able to efile, print a copy and save a prf copy. The last time I tried to complete this year taxes, I was directed to go to another URL to continue. Went there and it wanted my na,e and password. I ended up signing out and stayed away from turbo Tax for about 2 weeks. Fortunately today it let me file and print my copies. Now I feel better.

Speed Problem

I have been using TurboTax for more that 11 years. Working directly with forms is best for me. However, each year it seems that it takes longer and longer to open the program. The little apology that seems to recognize that opening is slow is really irritating.
