Note says return has forms that can't be E-filed, Although this return is quite simple. It said that the error was on line 72 which shows the federal income tax withheld. I could see no error of any kind. My 2010 tax return went through like a breeze. A quick talk with someone on the phone would be helpful.

Frustration Overload

Last yr. import from one broker was entered twice. This year the dividend was entered 3 times. If I hadn't reviewed it, I would have pd. $2500 additional taxes. Had to have Hewitt tax service review it after I deleted two of those duplicated dividend entries. After putting in final info to e-file, it came back at the end to say I needed employer's zip code.
There were no wages due to retirement. After entering all info to e-file, it recommended downloading more updates. Said it w/b 2 min. It was over an hour. I've used Turbo Tax for many yrs. and due to the above and how extremely slow it was, this may be my final year using Turbo Tax. I'd like a refund for this tax package.

Good Job -- Except Fixing Errors

Turbo Tax worked very well. The only gripe was with fixing the error on Schedule C.
Tom at Turbo Tax was a GREAT Help and saved the day.

eFile Problems

Program worked as advertised, but could not resolve an issue with the e-Filing of the final return. Had to install on older Vista computer to complete the process. FAQ did not help with this issue.

Getting Better

Nice and easy to use step by step but once thru all steps very confusing to add or change entered information. Adding a form like 8949 Capital Gains then trying to delete a section does not work. Had to resort to a backup copy so did not have re enter everything. Will use again.

Nice improvement in the walk through process. It really makes it easy for anybody to file taxes. Savng and continuing later is reat and allows to work at your own leasure. The data download from some financial institutions worked as a champ, and saved me hours of entering data! (I wish all my banks were there, but I ma sure they will be soon) eFiling is a breeze.
