I use turbo tax every year.
It keeps me updated and it guide me through the return step by step.

Problems with NO response

My return was rejected because they said my ssn's don't match properly. I checked and rechecked the reutrn and all was well with it. I didn't bother to resend because the exact same info would be sent. Instead, I printed it out and mailed it to the IRS.
It would have been nice if someone had resonded to the email I sent, couldn't find the address again in the program, and maybe we could have resolved it.
Total lack of support in this situation.

This is the greatest and easiest to use tax prep software. With all the support of the software and the online help available it makes doing taxes less of a chore.

Too Many Questions\ Slow Loading

Slow loading and too many questions for a basic simple return. I have the latest quad i7 64-bit processor with turbo boost. MSI( gt683dxr) Your program should have been written to take advantage of the quad i7.
I have been using Turbo Tax every year since 1995 and will most likely continue.
