Excellent Program

I/We've used Turbo Tax for several years now and filed electronically since it was available. I'm very satisfied with the program and will continue to use it in the future.

My husband usually takes care of filing our taxes; unfortunately,this year he passed away unexpectantly. This Turbo Tax was so easy for me to use - I cannot believe it. Thankyou.

I don;t think this version is a easy to use as past ones. The ability to switch back to the actual forms is cumbersome or not easily understood. The help session was very poor. It was a good thing I was persistant.

Turbotax is easy to use, I've used it for years. Our state taxes are easy compared to federal, and most of the information is already entered into turbotax, so why does it cost $45 to do state taxes?
Our state switched to working with turbotax for online filing, but I could not import the file I've already completed and work from there, I would have had to start completely over with my federal taxes and do them online. We ended up doing our state taxes on paper and mailing them oldschool, which seems silly in this day and age.

ONCE AGAIN, I FELT THE ASSURANCE THAT ALL WAS WELL IN MY TAX COMPUTATIONS USING TURBO. I DON'T BELIEVE I COULD HAVE USED A BETTER PROGRAM (OR PERSON) IN PREPARING MY TAX. THANKS TURBO COMPANY!

first time using Turbo Tax

Extremely easy software to use even as a first timer user. I can't express how thankful I am for an available software like this one. I have been filing manually all these years because I was being skeptical but it turns out I have been filing it wrong. This software asks for everything that I didn't know I was to report them. Also, I thought if I did it by hand, it would be easier but I have been proven wrong. Turbo Tax software is much easier.
