my last year using turbo tax

This year was way more expensive than before, H&R Block is doing my federal return for free and just charging around 25 dlls. for the state e-filing,
With turbo tax was the cd for the federal plus downloading the state AND on top of that you wanna charge 20 more dollars for state e-filing..
definitely this is going to be my last year using turbo tax

TurboTax we have a problem

I completed my taxes and Efiled. I opted to pay with a Visa card. I filled out all of the necessary blocks including my card number and my taxes were submitted to the IRS. They were rejected becasue I put a "2" instead of a "4" for one of the Federal ID Numbers. I found the error and resubmitted my taxes and they were accepted. Then TurboTax said I now had to send a check in to pay my taxes. What happened to my credit card payment? Nowhere did you mention that if my taxes came back I would have to redo the credit card info, I could not even bring it up to see if the information was still there and no place to click on to go to to reenter it. So I sat down and wrote a check. This has not made me a happy used of TurboTax.

STRING ALONG

THIS IS MY FIRST YEAR USING TURBO TAX. SEEMS A LITTLE SHADY THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT TOLD UP FRONT THAT THERE ARE EXTRA FEES FOR STATE AND THEN EVEN MORE WHEN IT COMES TIME TO E-FILE. AT THAT POINT, IT IS TOO LATE TO CONSIDER ANOTHER OPTION. JUST SAYING, HONESTY IS A GOOD THING! NEXT YEAR, I'LL THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING TURBO TAX.
