I have been a long-time user. The promotional screens are getting to the point where I am considering changing product. I get that you want to offer upgrades, debit cards, etc., but it is way too intrusive.

REVIEW/FILE/PRINT BECAME SOMEWHAT CONFUSING AS THOUGH IT HAD BEEN ADDED TO AND MULTI -TASKED SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL ONLY THE PROGRAMMER KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON.
HAD AN ERROR WITH ACROBAT READER WHEN OPENING TAX FORMS FOR PREVIEW: There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired.
This did not indicate where the error occurred - with Adobe or with Turbo Tax. Had no success with checking Adobe. Did not try uninstall and re-install.

$100 to download two states (NY and NJ) is ROBBERY... and then to charge $19.95 for e-file - a fleecing (couldn't use the original word) on top of the robbery!
Next year I'll return to Tax Act!!!
