Stock Sale/Trade error in Turbo Basic 2011

Turbo Basic used in WIN7.
I made an entry error on first stock sale/trade entry. I corrected my error. Turbo accepted corrections with accurate data in Form 8949. However, Turbo did not recognize correction in the final review. Turbo gave a Review Error on completion and it would not allow e-file.
I went back to this known area of concern and deleted the sale and then re-entered. This time Turbo accepted entries and allowed File to be finished, reviewed positive and e-file. There is more to this, another error by Turbo but this is bottom line.
I reported this issue yesterday, Sunday, on-line in chat with Chris #18. Communication on issue not successful.

No one likes to do their Federal Income Taxes. We are not in the best frame of mind when doing taxes, especially if you are of the other political party than the one in power. The attempts to sell a more costly product at tax time did not settle well. We have a simple return and the Basic TurboTax is all we need.

Ammended return

I made a mistake when I did my return and left some income out. tried to amend my return the next day and had trouble doing this. First you can not send in an amended return by e-file, second it didn't seem to want to add the 1040-x onto the amended return. I had to wait until my refund had been direct deposited into my bank account before I could amend my return

Irritated with e-file

For the last 2 years I've been able to e-file with turbo tax due to some bogus error message that comes up with Schedule K inputs. If there was an override button or if you fixed your software problem, I would be happy.
I;ll likely try another tax software package next year.
