The easy button for taxes

It was really easy and relatively fast to file my taxes. Granted, my taxes aren't that complicated yet. However, the areas I did need to fill out went very smoothly. I like the questions that TurboTax asks in order to decide how to fill out the forms (automatically). It helped me through the HSA stuff and helped me submit my taxes easily.

I have worked with Turbo Tax for several years and I believe it gets easier each year. The explanations
are better and snswer most questions without going to the details.

I've used TurboTax for more than a decade and though I still like it, it doesnt seem as great as it used to be. For example, I cannot even see whether or not my 401k was accounted for this year or last year. It is strange that something so important should be a mystery.
I do enjoy that the program imports from last year. Unfortnately, last year TurboTax kept crashing, and long story short, I had to start over this year. Maybe I should have started over with TaxFree which was recommended to me, but when I bought TurboTax again a few months ago I did not realize that the import would not work.
I'm still okay with TurboTax but I wish it was somewhat more explanatory. Having said all that, it's still much better than not having it at all, and I really like the ease of efiling, audit defense service, etc. etc. when it's all said and done.

See cons - could this have to do with your requiring MS Net? In the future, if you require a MS download you should advise your users to immediately go to MS update - there were 7 security updates!

TurboTax worked very well. However, on the Form 1040, Line 20, Social Security Benefits Worksheet, there appears to be a problem. On line 20 the instructions are to enter the smaller of line 18 or line 19. TurboTax automatically entered the LARGER of line 18 or line 19.
