Over 10 yrs usingTurbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have never recieved an audit and the few years that I had a CPA prep my taxes I also ran my taxes on the Basic version and the numbers differed by less than $10. (in my favor!)
I love the seamless down loads of form data and financial data. Amazing and fast.
I trust Turbo Tax. I use it for my parents and all of my my children.

Import Issues

Some editing was required when data from financial software was imported. Data was incomplete or in other cases misapplied after being imported. Software used was MSMoney. Another issue is personal property tax on autos. This tax ended up being double book-kept after after importing my data, and I had to manually go in and deleate the extra entry. Finally, there should be a way to add up accounts from the same bank automatically rather than as individual entries in the return.

Fast and Easy Tax Processing

Overall I really like using Turbo Tax because of the ease of use. I appreciate how it's very efficient and checks for extra deductions, credits and errors.
I don't like the fact that it charges so much to complete your state taxes and then you end up having a state amount you owe on top of that. Can this charge be reduced in the near future? Preferably by next year.

Excellent product

I use Turbo Tax every year and have never failed to be impressed. It makes things easy and helps an indecisive person come to decisive conclusions. Easy to use, easy to follow. It's definitely a great product.
