state tax an arm & a leg

Not only did I have to pay for the complete turbo tax deluxe, after I used the "free" (LOL) version, just to get the state filing access, I then had to pay another 19.95 to file. It seems the "free" version is only free if you don't have to file state and then you are not charged the going rate for Turbo Tax. The least they can do is match what its being sold for online! Nothing like taking advantage of your loyal users.

I REALLY LIKE USING TT-- HAVE BEEN USING SINCE 2003, WHEN I FINALLY DECIDED IT WAS "SAFE" TO FILE ELECTRONICALLY. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HELP MANY PEOPLE SAVE MONEY BY STEERING THEM TO TURBO TAX. TRIED THE REST, TURBO TAX IS STILL THE BEST!
