This is the second Tri-Color cartridge that I've purchased from you and with both, it doesn't print any blue. When the print is supposed to be blue, it prints reddish pink.

Right out of the box, the #45 and #78 cartridges printed gorgeous photos. My nearly antique HP 990cxi printer continues to be an amazing workhorse. Inreally appreciate that the cartridges are still available online!

Very happy with item, but I was not warned about requiring new and different cables (which were difficult to locate) to connect to my monitor or my printer I was replacing an older system). Did delay setting it up. Once that was taken care of, the computer worked very well.

HP was the only source for ink cartridges for my old Office Jet printer. They were in-date (some third party shippers send old cartridges that are expired) and functioned perfectly when I installed them in my Office Jet printer.
