Dryer has been repaired three times in one year

The control panel had to be replaced once, a couple months after we bought it. There has been a grinding noise whenever the dryer is on that we've had a repair company under warranty by Samsung come out twice to repair. It remains unfixed. They are coming out for a third time. It's a brand new dryer and we are not happy. We will not be purchasing any additional Samsung appliances. My parents also have Samsung appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer) and have had multiple issues with those appliances as well.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product meets my needs

Im married with 3 kids and we do a lot of laundry. This model washer and dryer hold a great amount of laundry while getting the clothes really clean/ well washed and well dried.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: not a sturdy upper frame dents easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good product. just a little difficult to know how long to dry the clothes.
