Best in class

Have used a dozen of these wired mice in short and long version. My customer responses range from "fantastic" to "it corrected my carpal tunnel pain". Two year warranty has been appreciated also since they do have roughly a 3 year life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic Mouse Is All You Need

I've been using a 3M Joystick Mouse for about 10 years now. I believe I avoided carpal tunnel with this mouse. I know I solved my wrist and arm pain. I won't use any other mouse. I know nothing about software that goes with this mouse as I've never read the manual that's available for it. I just know I'm using the wired one at work on a pc with Windows 10 and it works as expected with no issues. Just plugged it in and it worked fine. I started with a wireless one and it came apart on me in about 3 years, but it still works. That one is on my home computer. I keep taping it back together. That's my 10 year mouse and it's still working. No other mouse I've tried has lasted or felt as good as a 3M.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good mouse

I have been using the 3M Ergonomic mouse for at least 6 mouths now and after using a regular one I was getting pains from my hands upward in my arm. After looking online for something better, all but this one seemed to make you hand facing downward. I thought that this was likely the problem. The 3M has taken the pain away and I hardly ever feel any pain in my arm which is great when your job is at the computer all day. One improvement I would like to see is being able to configure the buttons. The lower hand button I would like to change from scrolling to the enter button. If you are experiencing pain in the hand, wrist and arm try this mouse.
