Feature don't work well

I have 2 questions-
Is there a way to increase the volume of the cycle completed bell? We are unable to hear the bell if we are not in the laundry room or in the room directly next to it.
Is there a setting to increase the amount of water that goes into the machine? No matter what setting i put it on it doesn't cover the clothes/towels/bedding etc that's in the washer.

We're glad to assist you with your washer. Use the Variable Signal button to change the volume of the end of cycle signal. Press the button until you reach the desired volume (high,medium, low) or off. Water may not cover the top level of the clothes. This is completely normal for this high efficiency washer.
This unit does not offer a feature that adds more water. It is not recommended to manually add more water to the washer
