Bought this washer a few months a go. It looks great in our laundry room. I dont like that the spin cycle leaves a soap residue when you spin on medium or high

So far it is work great None of the problems other reviewers had. Wife loves it. The only thing that bothers me is the the do not make this model anymore and that worries me. Might not had purchased it if I had know that!!

I was very pleased with this purchase….the low water level took a bit to get used to but it does a GREAT job and I love the fact that I can look in from the clear glass top and add additional items no matter where it is in the cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this item for just over 1 year now and with regular usage, it hasn't skipped a beat. The ease of use and the multitude of settings allow this machine to be equal parts intuitive and convenient. Great addition to my household and would definitely recommend!

First washer I've owned without a dasher. Does good cleaning small through large loads. Will get over whelmed with extra large loads. Loads get off center and out of balance. It tries and tries to shift the load, but 7 out of 10 times you will have help.
It is supposed to communicate with the dryer, but I've never caught them talking about anything!

Grinding noise & rust!

We purchased this washer in 2016, 4 years ago. I LOVED this washer! It’s so big, has so many features, everything I’ve ever wanted in a washer until a month ago when it started making this HORRIBLE GRINDING SOUND & the bleach tray started to rust! I’ve also read numerous reviews about the same thing happing to others washers. I really hope GE does something about this! My husband is the manager at the GE Power Plant in Atlanta. We only purchase GE! I would hate for GE to not take this issue seriously; forcing us to switch brands, therefore not supporting his company. An appliance like this should last way longer than 4 years. I hope GE stands behind their name and promise!
