Researched and shopped for new washer and dryer set to replace our front load washer. Am impressed by the capacity of this washer. The easy programming of the my settings feature saves me time. The basket clean feature is great. All we have to do is add bleach, instead of searching for a detergent/cleaner to wash out the funky smell of a front load. Our clothes come out much cleaner in less time than the front load washer we had. OUR TOWELS ARE LIKE NEW AGAIN!!!

Washer never worked well from the start. Laundry constantly had residue left on whites and darks. After months I finally got a different one, I'm excited about my front loader now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this in May to replace 12 year old GE Profile models that still was working well (first of the top load HE version). This set works so much better, more efficiently, and washes so many more items in one load. Money saver, time saver, and water saver.

Only rated average, still trying to understand water levels! Seems to put more water on small cycles than when you have a large load. Does not remove stains on first washing even though pretreated on some items. But overall a good product!

I love this washer, it handles all the items I need it to. It's great with our quilts, bedspreads, nice size tub. I had a learning curve in the beginning, ie what to wash together, spreading out the clothes in the tub. Also when I used clorox the first time, it didn't seem that all of it came out of the dispenser. The next time it was better. I'm very pleased with this washer and dryer.
