I bought the Phillips Micro-Hi Fi System recommended by sales staff as "best sound for the money". Unfortunately this is not the case!

The sound on this system is so distorted through vibration it is not worth playing music on. When I returned it to the retailer they told me I could have a replacement but not my money back. The replacement is the same - loud vibration messing up sound. A waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my stereo cause you can hang it on the wall and it wont take up space. Sound on it its so clear and the base to perfect

Good product, except two things

I really like the way it looks and sounds.
The first thing that I did not like was that the cord was very small.
The second was the CD Player door opens whenever I have the volume pass 18. I guess it vibrates so much that the door opens by itself.

Besides that, I would still recommend it.
Pros: sound quality, appearence, ease of use
Cons: short cord, cd door opens with high volume

Great sound but some problems with playing cd's

I like the sound from this unit but having a lot of problems where the laser disc isn't reading a lot of my discs. IPod plays fine and good sound but not happy with the fact that it won't read my discs. Unfortunately I can't find my receipt so I guess I'm stuck with this unit. Lessoned learned...keep track of store receipts.
