Works great, the only negative thing I have to say, is that we bought two kits, we connected all 4 cameras, but we can only use one monitor at a time...

I bought this a week before my baby got here and we have been very pleased with it so far. The quality is good for both video & sound.

Easy to use, clear picture

Just purchased last week and love it so far. Screen is nice and big and clear. No problems with range in our house. Only complaint is the speaker is on the back so needs the volume to be turned up to hear clearly.

We just received this monitor in the mail. Chose the monitor because of the good reviews we read when researching online. Very happy to have the charging stand and extra battery.

Great product and easy to use!

I have been using this video monitor for about 6 months. I bought it because my baby is a light sleeper and would wake up if I entered the room to check on her. This monitor was easy to set up and lets me check on my baby without disturbing her sleep. The second camera is handy for keeping an eye on my 5 year old. I put the second camera in the play room so that I can keep an eye on him (and both of my children when the baby is older) when I'm not in the room. The screen size is large enough to allow a good view of the baby or room. I like the peep mode for saving the battery as well as the monitor being quiet at night time when I am sleeping. I don't need to hear the static noise. The battery lasts a long time and signals when it is low and needs to be plugged in. Overall, I am very happy with this monitor.

Great experience

I bought this monitor after being referred by a friend. We received it quickly after ordering and had everything set up before my son arrived in July 2015. The video and audio are both clear and I feel confident when I leave my son in his room for naps to get things done around the house. About a month to two months after using it, I noticed the battery did not stay charged as long and the extra battery (which was always in the charging cradle) was never holding a charge. I contacted customer service through the live chat service on the website. They went through some troubleshooting with me and determined I had a defective charging cradle. They immediately issued me a new one and I received it within a week. I was pleased with the customer service and how quickly I received the replacement piece. I did not have to jump through hoops or answer all kinds of questions. They got straight to the point, troubleshot a few things, and then took care of the problem. I have not had any problems now that I have the replacement charging cradle and new back up battery. It makes me feel great knowing that my customer service experience was so positive. When my baby is napping, I need to know I have a reliable monitor to keep eyes on him when I am trying to be productive around the house. I have piece of mind with my Levana monitor and would definitely recommend it for those needing a monitor.

just got this cmera set in the mail. it is very easy to set up and use. has a clear picture and i love the large screen. being able to adjust the camera from the monitor is very nice. no disturbing your baby. so far happy with this camera. cant wait to really try it out
