Fantastic Customer Service

I have had this monitor for about 2 months now and it has been terrific. Initially when I received the monitor, the device was not turning on. I contacted Levana through the website and a few hours later received a phone call from a very helpful woman who walked me through some troubleshooting. Turns out, the device was defective. She worked with me to get me another system and it has been working great ever since!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got monitor. Really like large screen. Picture quality isn't the best, but good enough for price. Has a lot of nice features. Glad we purchased.

We've been using the Stella PTZ for a few weeks now with our newborn son and we love it!. The ability to move the camera is so helpful and the picture quality on the monitor is EXCELLENT. The set up was very easy as well - we were up and running within 15 minutes of opening the box. We definitely would recommend this monitor system.

Love it, just having a few issues w/power button

I bought this last month. I love how I can look back and forth between my boys' cribs. Saves buying another camera. I love the size of the screen and all the functions. I wish it had the room temperature though! Ever since I got it, the power button doesn't always engage or something. Beside those things, this is a great monitor and would recommend it :)

Just received this video monitor as a baby shower gift and could not be happier so far. The image quality is great and the ease of use seems to be even better. Will post updates as we use the monitor more but for the price of this set I would say it is well worth your money!

We just got this in today. It was extremely easy to set up and put together. The only drawback so far, is that I wish there were more clear explanation of the features.

Great Monitor

We bought this monitor to replace our old Summer Infant one. We have one camera in our older boys' room and one for our baby. So far I love it. The Peep mode is great so I don't have to listen to all the little noises and I can just hear them when they really need me. The battery life is great and the picture is also very clear. I can actually see the baby breathing. I highly recommend this camera!
