Long battery life and great customer service!

I decided to purchase this monitor because I loved the screen size on the monitor as well the battery life features. It has been amazing because it lasts so long. My previous monitor had to be plugged in all the time! I had an issue with the power button getting stuck and I contacted Treasure from customer service via the online chat and she was VERY helpful. The chat feature was a great way to solve my problem because it is often hard for me to talk on the phone with the kids around. Treasure helped solve my problem and even offered to send me a temporary replacement while my monitor is being fixed. I definitely would recommend Levana monitors to all mommies out there!

We bought this to replace our sons old monitor that wouldn't stay charged and with another one on the way we wanted to upgrade anyway. We love the ease of use of this monitor and the fact that it will stay charged for a long time without having to stay close to an outlet. The light around the controls is kind of annoying at night since it is so bright and doesn't go off. Overall we love it and the PTZ makes keeping up with a toddler in his room so much easier.

We bought this monitor after doing much research. We have recommended it to everyone we know having kids. We just turned it on and we were ready to go - It's great!!!
