Have fun dealing with customer service

I have had my monitor for 8 months worked great. Until one day I put my son down for a nap and the screen was all red. Contacting them to have the issue you taken care of. At first they were great but then they wanted the proof of purchase which we no longer have. We figured that when we registered it we would not have to keep that info. So there is not point to register it, also when you do have your proof of purchase they want you to mail it to them once they have it they keep it 2-3 weeks just to check if it is under their warranty. Between the mail and them you can be up to a month with our your monitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this item a month ago and I am very pleased with the product. It is excellent to use to monitor my daughter's naps and during the night when she is sleeping and alleviates the need to constantly walk into the room to check on her. My husband enjoys the product also. It has given us a bit of freedom to go about our business getting work and things done around the house with the piece of mind that our daughter is safely sleeping.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first baby video camera, thus I don't have any comparison. I think it does its job just right. We have been waiting the monitor to come before moving our daughter to her own room hoping that it will help my sleep at night. And it does what we expected. I could be rest assured that I will hear her when she needs my attention. I have been using the PEEP mode, so the device goes silent when everyone is happily asleep, which is really good. Otherwise I will be awake by any single noise from my daughter's room.
There hasn't been any complaints about the systems per se, but some questions or suggestions. First is the sensitivity level option. I still don't quite understand how it works because all levels seem to be the same to me. I haven't noticed any difference. Second is the monitor screen. I think it is a bit deceiving that everything is colour and clear in the ad. The quality of the screen, or the camera (I don't know which one), is not as good as the pictures in the ads. It's actually quite hard to tell from the screen whether my daughter is awake because I can't really see the facial features. Thirdly, there are baby monitors in the market that provide the features of recording baby's activities in their room. I wish this product do that too. Lastly, the manual is not particularly easy to understand. Luckily things are not too complicated with this system, otherwise I don't think the manual is much help.
Oh, one more thing, the package I received appeared to be an open box. It was too troublesome to return it. But I wish they at least explain it, inform us, or give a discount or something.

We have owned the Stella Dual Cam setup for over a month now. The cameras and monitor are simple to setup. The night vision is very good allowing us to look almost anywhere within a 14x18 room with an outlet night light. The night vision does not glow within the room (no red lights). The camera makes very little noise when panning or tilting. Our 3 y.o. only notices the noise when she is awake and within a foot or two of the camera. The monitor is clear and effective. The video is good quality and we have had little interference issues (microwave knock signals when next to monitor). I have been able to walk anyway within the 3 levels of our hour and about 30 yards from the home. I haven't walked farther than that. Push to talk communication is good.

Innovative and sleek design

The Levana Stella is a huge upgrade from the old baby monitors of old. It features a sleek video display with audio and comes in handy, as we are beginning to let our little one sleep in the nursery. I would definitely recommend to new parents, and it makes a perfect baby shower gift.

Great set and easy to use!

We needed an upgrade for our monitor system and needed one that had multiple cameras, one for the new baby and one for the big kids' room. Setup was a breeze, and we love the ability for the cameras to move and pan the room. The image is much crisper than our old system, and I love the ability to talk to baby/kids from our monitor. We had a problem with one of the batteries provided being a dud, but customer service was able to help us rectify the situation quickly. It would be nice if the monitor would switch to whichever room it did detect noise.

I bought this monitor for myself as we have a new baby coming this summer. I have been using it everyday to get to know it better by following my animals around a room haha. So far it's pretty good, battery life seems to work great and the sound quality is excellent, not a whole lot of static which is handy when you want it quiet at night. Two thumbs up!
