Unfortunately this product is terrible quality. The the drifter itself is a blast, built well and so fun. However, the battery stopped working after only 3 uses making it unusable. I had read a couple reviews that mentioned this and thought it was not possible because we've always had such success with Razor products. We read and followed the instructions so this is not a case of user error. Unfortunately this is a dud. Such a bummer because it's such a fun ride:( My 10 year old was so excited to get this for Christmas and is so upset it is already broken.

Awesome fun and safe cart!

We have had this about 6 months, and just had a part failure (controller). The cart is amazing. It is so much fun, our son is 7 yo. It is drifting as it should even though our driveway is pretty old and rough asphalt. I was worried it would flip but it never has so far. Fingers crossed!! Hoping the controller is covered by warranty and available...
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Go cart Great!!!

I bought this go cart for my son with Autism. He is always in the go and i needed something that satisfied his energy level and kept his interest.
I have had no issues with mine and it continues to work without any problems.
My son has out grown it now so i am selling it so someone else will enjoy it

These are fun, traditional go-karts with 'drift' wheels on the back axle that are designed to easily lose traction and allow the cart to fish-tail. I'm giving this item 4 stars because it is a very good item, but if you're looking to drift, I would suggest taking a good look at Razor's CRAZY CART line, which are designed to provide maximum drift, spin, fun, etc.

we got this for a christmas present for our kids and they were super exited. then it broke down withen a few months and bought a new battery and motor but it still did not work. do not buy.

Batteries lasted a few charges, I managed to get another set sent which took an act of god from their customer service, and those lasted 3 or 4 charges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have one that was purchased in 2011 and I bought it 2nd hand in 2014. Awesome Drifter. It wasn't until 2023 that I need to replace the battery. This will be the last season my youngest will be able to fit in it but I am sure the next kids will get many more years from it
