I just received my safe and have it installed in our secure location. Didn’t take but twenty minutes to get it all setup. Appreciate how easy and extra safe this safe really is. Having the additional access program for entry is a real valuable safe guard for the home owner!

Safe is fine but can’t get replacement parts

The safe is great but came with a broken battery cover so I cannot use the keypad since the batteries will not stayed seated with out it so I have to use the key it’s annoying and the company is non responsive
