Strong and Safe When it Doesn't Jam

Generally I appreciate the security and use of the safe. However, I have had to call and work with the safe on several occasions as it gets stuck...either open or closed. We have had to pay to get it repaired on more than one occasion. Very frustrating when it doesn't work, but excellent when it does.

Manufacturer defect. We have to keep the keypad on its side. Cables attaching to the circuit board are too short and pull them off part way resulting in bent and damaging the fine prongs inserted into the clips.

QUIT WORKING

I have 6 of these safes as they fit the location I need them to but the last two I have purchased have failed in the first year. The lock is not opening every time leaving my deposits and change locked inside the safe. Also when I purchased the last one to replace one that quit working the holes on the bottom didn't line up so I had to drill new holes etc etc. Can I just purchase a new door to replace the electronic lock and locking mechanism? At least that way it's a quick easy fix and I don't have to unbolt, mark and re-drill new holes?

Gone in 90 Seconds with $20,000

Took 10 seconds for thieves to power saw though door. Thieves were in and out in 90 seconds. Police arrived withing 5 minutes. Mistake cost me $20,000. DO NOT BUY if security is needed
