Just Right For Our Need

This safe is exactly what we needed. My only complaint is that the programming instructions are a bit vague and the print is very small to read while setting it up. After several tries, I figured it out and then it was easy to finish the setup. My suggestion is to lift the door off the hinge pins and lay it flat on a table to do the programming. This only takes a minute and saves a lot of time and kneeling on the floor. It is a very good product.

I've done everything the instructions say to do, but when I type in the code, only every once in a long while does it actually let me lock or unlock the safe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very safe....yet

There is a plastic guard at the bottom of the batteries that makes it extremely difficult to install the batteries. The instructions for setting up the codes are complicated, but doable. I made it through all of the instructions, set up my codes, but the handle won't budge from the open position. I reached out to customer service yesterday and am waiting for a response. Currently, my safe is "locked" in the open position.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
