I believe this is a good product its heavy duty the only thing I wish it would have are handles and maybe a lock system because the keys are kind of hard to open and close sometimes. But besides that it is waterproof and fireproof, but luckily I have not had to try it yet but I am happy with it

I like the safe but I can't open it with the key. I can only open it the original way by pressing down for 10 seconds and the release the latch after 5 seconds.

It's a starter size for important documents and items. I'm at the point where it's pretty crammed with items now. It's portable, but bulky, heavy, and slippery too. If you're trying to carry it, the exterior can make it a little challenging to pick up and carry too. It would be nice if there was some sort of external way to secure the chest so a thief cannot walk away with it - even a hole where you could attach a cable to it would be nice.
