I feel like I got kinda scammes

bought this fan due to raving reviews and it has issues right out of the box. Even its slowest mode has a horrid buzzing and the motor gets super hot. Not at all worth the premium price.

The Best Fan I’ve Ever Purchased

I bought this fan in the summertime in Michigan when it was 100° + outside and with the turbo mode I was able to stay cool all night long. This fan is truly worth every penny and I’ve used it every day since purchasing it!

Powerful and quiet!

I got this for our bedroom instead of a bulky AC unit and it keeps us cool at night without making a sound! It creates such a powerful breeze that can span the whole room yet can’t be heard, it’s incredible. We sleep so well during warm nights now.

It's sooooooooo quiet

I love this fan. It is too large for my bedside table but it would be perfect for the bedroom, if it were smaller. I wished you made an smaller version, just as quiet. For now the fan is in our TV room and it's perfect for that. No noise to interfere with our program.

I used to love this fan...

Had it 3 years now. Works very well, smooth and quiet. However, the front of the cage has widespread corrosion, quickly rusting. A crying shame to have such poor finish on such a capable fan. Now a fan that I was proud of is something best now for the garage.

This is the second time I have purchased this fan. The neck of the first fan I purchase unfortunately broke. The hard plastic on the neck of the fan became brittle and cracked. It did last for approximately 5 to 7 years so I decided to buy a second one mainly because it is so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high-quality fan. While assembling it I could tell it was much nicer than any standing fan I'd previously owned. The base is heavy, the controls are modern-looking and there's a chill coming off the air it blows. I'm very impressed by this fan. I've got it in my office and it's so nice to have the remote on my desk to make adjustments without having to interrupt my work.

We found this fan and were attracted to the design. Bought this a week ago and after figuring out how to use it, it is fine except the tilting mechanism is not strong enough to hold up the fan...it always tips down to the lowest position. I don't see any product support on the Rowenta website. Will have to try to figure out something to prop it up to a better position.
