Vibration extraordinaire

Had this Rowenta Turbo Silence Extreme fan for many months now and I’m not really satisfied with the fan, especially for the amount of money I paid for it. I wanted a fan that had a really quiet and low speed feature for nighttime use. So I was using it for that for awhile. But then one day it got really hot during the daytime, so I turned the speed up. That’s when I found out the fan vibrated like crazy. Any setting above the low quiet mode (lowest setting) I can hear it vibrating. It’s standing on the floor on the second floor of my apartment and I can hear a ‘washing machine on spin cycle’ like vibration throughout the apartment. Really annoying. It’s not the fan blades off balance. It’s the motor itself vibrating. I troubleshot it to try and get rid of the vibration. This is a really low quality fan for its price. I’d rather have a fan without all the features but works without the annoying vibration and at a cheaper price. I won’t buy Rowenta again. Really really disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

super quiet on turbo mode

i have been looking for a fan for years with the performance(quietness too) this fan has- finally i found it with Rowenta turbo fan.it is quiet as advertised compared to others,many other brands in the market and i have bought my share of fans.too bad it's not made in the usa.

This is a Luxury Fan!

I would definitely buy the Rowenta Turbo Silence Electronic Fan when I need a replacement fan. I was not aware of the fan prior to receiving the product and participating in the program. I have used this fan for the last couple of days and have really enjoyed it. I have used a fan every night at the end of my bed for years as I always am very hot when sleeping. I also use it to "drown" out the noise from the upstairs neighbors' footsteps/noise. This fan seems to be a luxury fan compared to others I have used in the past. The luxury starts from the moment you open the box. Rowenta takes every step in protecting the fan in the box it is sold in. I would only recommend providing a battery for the remote as it is a special battery I do not have sitting around my home and have to make a special trip to the store to place the battery in the remote.

The fan does exactly what you are told that it can do. I have moved it to every room in the house and it has been exceptional. I turned my thermostat up and used these fans......amazingly my bill went down. Mic drop.

Extremely Quiet

So far, this item is everything I want in a table fan. Works well and is amazingly quiet. It was also quite easy to assemble. As long as it lasts a long time, I will be a happy camper! I doubt that there will be any "cons", but it is too soon to know if indeed there are any.

The Rowenta Turbo Silence Extreme Manual Table Fan is a great product I would recommend to anyone. It's sleek design is very attractive for a table fan. It's not too big or small, it's the perfect size. It's a quality product that I would buy for every room. It's easy to use and isn't complicated. I like that it isn't loud at all especially compared to other table fans. It works really well and definitely cools you off. They aren't lying when they say Turbo! I like that there is multiple levels of power as well. I really like this product and would buy again.

Quietly moves a lot of air

I absolutely love this thing. I use a fans all around the house to keep things cool and this is by far my favorite. On the high speed setting it moves more air than my 3' tall tower fan and is quieter. Another nice thing is the quiet setting. I can barely hear it at night and it keeps my bedroom air circulating.

Amazing fan!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this fan. The air is almost that of an air conditioner. The turbo feature is definitely turbo! It almost blew me out of my chair (in a good way). I absolutely adore the Silent Night feature. It is super quiet but that does not compromise the air flow at all. I was impressed with how easy it was to put together, and how light it weighs, which makes it easy to transport from room to room. The only thing that I would improve is making it a floor model. It was a little hard to find table space to use it.
