A little bigger than I thought it would be but it is an amazing addition to our kitchen. There is less clutter when we wash dishes by hand and leave them to dry.

holds various dishes and pots, but drainage is poor - water puddles - drain spout is pitched to drain, but water sits in spout and does not drain

Several Improvements

I had an earlier model that was proving impossible to clean. This version offers a better choice color (over white) and the ability to remove the drip tray for extra attention. The wine glass rack will not be used but it doesn’t get in the way either. I was surprised the utensil tray does not include a knife block. I moved my old one onto this model.

Steel Frame Dishrack

I found this dish rack to be extremely practical. We have purchased this and other items that have proven to be very durable. The only problem we ever experienced with the original dish rack we purchased was some rust on the inner frame that holds the plates and and of the plastic supports that snapped off. Perhaps an extra coat might prevent the rust. Your customer service and time honored warranty service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend your products and have done so to my friends and relatives.

a lot to love

I have bought three of these large dish drainers. It is as it is advertised and should be given a 5 star rating because of that. But I like this latest one less than the original ones (so I gave it a 4 star) that had a spout for draining that had more options as to placement and the cutlery holder had a wooden holder. Still really like the quality. I like the fresh look and the function.
