Missing knife block

My wife absolutely loves her simple human dish rack, however we’ve noticed the knife block piece is missing. We referred this item to otuhers, and it appears they have received the knife block piece in their package. Again, we were unaware the piece was even included until others mentioned it.

Steel Frame Dishrack w/ Wineglass Holder

This is an awesome dishrack, although it took me a minute to configure it to my liking, the water drainage spout is very efficient, its height makes it easier for dishes and cookware items to air dry more quickly, simplehuman you've out done yourselves on design, even with the wineglass holder I use as a dishcloth holder/dryer.

Considered this dishrack very carefully (since it's relatively expensive), and fortunately, it lives up to my expectations. Very thoughtfully designed, easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing. Wasn't sure if the wine glass holder was a permanently affixed to the rack before buying, so was glad to find it was a separate piece since it's something we'd rarely use. Again, very happy with purchase!

I bought one dish drainer for me and one for a friend. We both love it. Have purchased other products before from you, a couple plungers, toilet brushes, big garbage can for kitchen and small one for bathroom. Love them all. Good quality. Thanks.

I just don't like the divider rubber ring in-between. it should be whole one piece, hopefully you will improve that part. otherwise I love it.
