I love this sturdy dish rack so much that it’s my favorite ‘new apartment’ gift. It comes apart easily for cleaning (I can even sterilize its pieces in my dishwasher! The sturdy frame means that nothing collapses and it drains well. Love it!

What I like: it does seem to be fingerprint-proof. Definitely sturdy. Seems to drain efficiently, which is crucial. What I don't like: though it's got a huge footprint, it doesn't seem to be as capacious as my previous Williams-Sonoma drainer. Also miss the neat WS wooden knife-draining block. Finally, all that dark gray plastic makes it look like the Death Star has landed next to my sink.

So as far as dish racks go, this one is about as nice and well-constructed as you could hope. There’s nothing exciting about dishracks to me but the girls at the office love the look of this one. It’s large enough to fit our dishes and designed well-enough to stay clean and dry. Very nice!!!

Far from perfect

Mine was sold with the promise of being "rustproof."

I've been unable to verify it because I'm on my THIRD rack in less than a year and a half.
There's a gasket circling the interior that does not stay in place. The faulty gasket allows water to leak down onto the countertop.
The 2nd rack I received was supposed to be an "improved" model, but its gasket also failed.
I'm now on the third rack, but the company has stated no changes were made since the last one, so I expect the gasket to begin falling out within a few months.

Mine was also sold with a wooden knife block that is no longer part of new models but was included with the two replacement racks sent to me.
Aside from those two issues, the rack is okay, but not great.
I bought it mainly for its design and it does look a helluva lot better than plastic racks!

I had planned to position it 180 degrees from the way I have it now, but the design made that impossible.
The slide-out tray extends further to one side than the other, though that isn't made clear on the box or manufacturer's website.

The plastic feet that clip onto the steel feet unnecessarily raise the rack up in the air half an inch, making it too high to use under my cabinet because large knives are difficult to insert into the block.
Therefore I'm forced to use it without the plastic feet which allows it to slide around easier.
