We love the product but not sure why it gets rusted over time. Excellent customer care. Hope someone can look into the rusting issue

The dish rack is great and works well. It is also stylish. The company is awesome. Mine had some minor rust after a year of use, and the company replaced it. So they honor their warranty.

Buy With Confidence

This has replaced the original dishrack that we bought 10 years or more ago. The addition of the wine glass rack is brilliant. Our old one still was great and passed on to our son. We have a great deal of simplehuman products throughout our home. Products are well thought out and aesthetic. Biggest reason we keep coming back is customer service.
