I had my first dishrack with wine holder for over 8 years and it started to corrode because it was made of steel. I'm excited it's made of stainless steel so hopefully it will last longer since stainless doesn't corrode like regular steel. Just a fantastic product with great durability! Plus customer service is awesome. They stay true to their quality and warranty.

Sturdy and up to par!

I had the previous clear rack w the bamboo knife rack but the plastic feet failed and the side holders got rusty. Simplehuman very efficiently let me mail that back and in return gave me a credit that covers the cost of their new ss/grey rack. This rack is about the same size but noticeably improved in the feet, spout pivot, and the nice touch of a wine glass holder. I am very satisfied with the new rack but also with the great customer service!

I really like this dishrack. Its size is great. Even with a dishwasher, I hand-wash many things and this rack is very stable and everything dries much quicker than it did in my rubbermaid dish-rack. I really like that you don't have to have a drying towel beneath it. I think for the next update they should make a drying rack for knives and use LESS plastic. This dishrack is basically plastic with an outer rim of stainless steel for looks, so not any more environmentally friendly than other dish racks.

Great dishrack

Been looking for a while for a good dishrack. This one is great. Handles all our dishes. love the drain system. Bought it without my wife seeing it so I was a bit worried but she loves it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I love the design of this dishrack, it can be elevated or level, your choice. The water does not linger in it and the look is so elegant. I have been complimented quite often about it. I am so happy I purchased this product.

Drying machine

This is a very solid dish rack, coming out of the box, is easy to assemble, and gives off a large modern, industrial vibe, which works with our new apartment space. It has a large footprint and sits rather high on the counter but I’ve gotten used to it. Plenty of space and air and the way the water efficiently flows out back into the sink ensures that our dishes are dry fast. Again, my only hesitation for the five star review is that the footprint is large and this dish rack dominates. So take that into consideration when looking at overall aesthetics in your kitchen design and layout.
