I have been using Simplehuman dishracks for about 14 years now. A lot of thought went into the design and I find it very functional. I will continue to purchase and use it for as long as it is available. Customer support is excellent and any problems with the product is efficiently resolved.

Ultimate Dishrack

I have been looking for a suitable dishrack for years. Most of them are not well designed. I ended up putting a tilted board to improve the water drainage. (You know what I am talking about!!!) This one works much better. No more ugly board underneath the drip tray. Their customer service team is also excellent. I had a problem with a missing shipment. They quickly resolve the issue and ship another one to me.

This is my 2nd dishdrainer from simplehuman in 20 years & I wouldn't have any other. Its roomy design is flawless and it's probably the most attractive dishdrainer on the market. Dealing with customer service is easy and extremely helpful and quick responses. Overall I highly recommend this product, I love it!

This is our second dish rack and love is function in our kitchen. The first got rusted in some areas, we called the company and show them pictures and without further problem, they stood by its product and replaced.
It is fabulous to deal with a company of this caliber!

some improvements

Just received our second dish rack to replace our old SH rack. The rack appears to have been upgraded in areas, however time will tell if this product holds up. Our old one had quite a bit of rust forming on the "stainless" side walls, and the grate rusted in may areas, because it was just a coated steel (I would have preferred it being made of a stainless steel material). One other minor ding is for the four side clips (they used to pivot out), I'm not sure they'll be functional because they are tight against the stainless outer band. Overall it's a good size, and will hold a lot of pots and dishes so I'm reasonably content...

I’ve only had this for a few weeks, but so far so good. I don’t have a dishwasher and several grandkids are with us for the summer, so this gets lots of use. I like the wine glass holder and the glasses holders. I would purchase this again.
