I didn't think i would feel strongly about a dish rack, but here I am. I do a lot of dishes at home and it's used to be a pain to figure out how many dishes I could stack on the tiny, unbalanced dish rack we had previously, without causing it to fall over. With the new simplehuman dishrack, i'm not worried about that. I'm only worried about how quickly I can finish the job so I can be done washing dishes. The ONLY thing i could say that could stand improvement is to connect the wine glass drip tray to the other drip tray somehow so it drains also.

good warranty

After a year and a half, the plastic coating over the stainless frame started to peel off. I contacted Customer Service and they sent a new dish rack within two weeks. I was told that the coating does not usually come off but I am glad that the dish rack has a 5 year warranty just in case. The Customer Service Representatives were very helpful and courteous.

This is my replacement. The first one rusted on the seam. But I would still buy another one. Easy to clean and like the look of it.

beyond dissapointed

after sending my replacements back 3 times i am left with another that needs to go back. i have just given up. tired of them saying they'll check it before sending it to me. the last one i received is still in the box. 3yrs ago when my mom got it for me at xmas it was awesome. thats when they were white. i think the white worked better, the seal was perfect, this gray crap falls right out and doesn't even touch the steel and plastic. awful awful terrible

This is probably the nicest, durable, good quality (seems) dishrack. I’m not a fan of dish racks but this one looks nice and solid and the place for wine glasses is awesome.

Quick upgrade to the kitchen

Really altered the look of the kitchen is a great addition, and after two weeks of using it i am very pleased and the water spout drain is a nice invention. the removal wine glass drain also hangs nicely on the refrigerator and I use it a a towel hanger when i don't need it
